2. Our Products

All our scrub caps are handmade in Greece with care and attention to detail. Because each item is crafted by hand, there may be slight variations in appearance — this is part of what makes each cap unique and special. 💙

Product images on our website are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Many of our caps are made to order and can be personalized with names, custom linings, or buttons. By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

  • The details you provide (name, spelling, preferences) are correct
  • You understand that custom orders cannot be returned or refunded (see our Refund Policy)
  • Production may take up to 2 business days before shipping

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order — we are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

For US customers, all duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost — no surprise fees at delivery.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Standard orders are processed within 1 business day
  • Custom orders may take up to 2 business days to process
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email
  • Delivery times vary by destination (see our Shipping Policy for details)

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
