Our Commitment

At Everyday Hero Caps, every cap is handmade with love and care. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.


Custom & Personalized Orders — No Returns

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes any cap that has been:

  • Personalized with a name or text
  • Made with a custom satin lining
  • Made with custom buttons or special modifications

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or made to the consumer's specifications. This is fully compliant with EU law.


Non-Custom Orders — 14-Day Return Window

For standard (non-personalized) caps, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • You must contact us first at everydayherosstore@gmail.com before sending anything back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will make it right immediately — either with a replacement or a full refund. 💙


Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
