Processing Time

We need 1 business day to process your order. Custom orders with satin lining and/or buttons may require up to 2 business days. We are a small family business of 2 people, and we put our heart into completing every single order with care and attention.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take an extra day. We'll always keep you informed!

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using First Priority International Shipping, ensuring your order arrives quickly and securely.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 2–3 business days (FedEx Express)
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 3–7 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of the world: 5–12 business days depending on your location

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For our US customers, shipping via FedEx Express may be slightly higher — but all duties and taxes are included, so there are absolutely no surprises at delivery. 🎉


US Customers — Important Note

From August 2025, we ship exclusively to the United States via FedEx Express due to recent customs regulation changes. This guarantees faster delivery and a smooth, hassle-free customs experience with all duties and taxes pre-paid.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do everything we can to locate your order and make it right.
